Will the system work with my current phone system?

What does an on-hold script look like?
While all of our on-hold scripts are custom, on-average, our scripts are 8 paragraphs in length corresponding to approximately 6 minutes of audio run-time. When produced in our studio, we include segments of just music in between each of the paragraphs of text. Of course, you'll be able to select precisely which music tracks you would prefer from our soundstage page.

What kind of on-hold equipment will I need?
