A Telephone On Hold system attaches to your existing phone system (or to your on-hold adapter for analog phones) to entertain and market to individuals when they are placed on-hold. In general, our on-hold marketing programs are approximately 8 messages long - corresponding to six to eight minutes of total run time when it is finished and produced. (This isn't to say that you should place callers on-hold for six-minutes! This program length offers great variety for callers who call back and for the caller that is placed on-hold for an unusually extended length.) Your on-hold marketing program could be a bit longer or a bit shorter. Our engineers, scriptwriters, and voice talents ultimately determine the length. (In the on-hold world, length matters.)
How often should I change my MUSIC on-hold marketing program?

What kind of on-hold equipment will i need?
If you have a business phone system with music on hold capability, chances are you'll require a small playback device (an external audio player) that plugs directly into your phone system. This device plays audio 24-7 into your phone system so whenever a caller is placed on-hold, they will hear what is being broadcast by this box. If, on the other hand, you do not have a business phone system with music on-hold capability, we can supply you with an adapter that will give you this ability. (If you've purchased your office phones from an office supply store, chances are you'll need an adapter.) Either way, we can help you out!
