Telephone On hold makes our practice sound polished and professional, as callers wait for answers about their insurances or wait to speak with a team member. We get comments regularly about our great on-hold service. Telephone On Hold has been a great way to let our patients know about our services—and particularly, our new services. We have a very dynamic team that is constantly learning new techniques, so it’s a great way to get the word out about a particular service (ex. dental implants or laser treatment) that a patient might need or want.
It’s always good to “entertain and educate” a patient, rather than keeping them waiting with repetitive music. It makes them feel perhaps that they aren’t wasting time, but rather learning about us and our philosophies. Telephone on Hold has most certainly been a “conversation starter” for many patients. It allows us to answer questions when we get to see the patient face-to-face, rather than presenting new information for the first time. It’s definitely a time saver.

The turn-around time for getting a professional recording with music is amazingly fast, usually a day or two. I’m not sure how they can produce it that fast at such a high quality! All of the speakers are fantastic. I swear that I hear their voices when I am in airports!! The music has been serene and appropriate (never distracting), and we appreciate the holiday mix around December.
